Tamara Antona-Jimeno es Doctora en Comunicación Audiovisual, Publicidad y RRPP por la UCM. Actualmente es PAD en el Departamento de Periodismo y Comunicación Global en la UCM. Comenzó como docente en formación en el Departamento de Historia de la Comunicación Social en la UCM (hasta 2016). Ha impartido docencia en el Grado en Comunicación y en el Diplomado Internacional en Cultura de la Investigación, en la UNIR. Cuenta con un sexenio de investigación y ha participado en proyectos de investigación competitivos relacionados con la historia de la televisión y con Redes Sociales y Discursos de Odio.

Tamara Antona-Jimeno holds a PhD in Audiovisual Communication, Advertising and PR from UCM. She is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Journalism and Global Communication at UCM. She started as a trainee lecturer in the Department of History of Social Communication at UCM (until 2016). She has taught on the bachelor’s degree in communication and the International Diploma in Research Culture at UNIR. She has a six-year research period and has participated in competitive research projects related to the history of television and Social Networks and Discourses of Hate.
