Doctor en Filosofía por la Universidad de Barcelona, de cuya facultad de Filosofía es actualmente profesor agregado. Su investigación se centra en los ámbitos de la estética y de la teoría del arte, con especial atención a la reflexión filosófica sobre la literatura, la pintura y el cine. En relación a este último arte ha publicado dos volúmenes, titulados respectivamente La imagen-grito. Estudios sobre cine de terror (2018) e Ilustración y (anti-)cartoon. Estudios sobre cine de animación clásico (2023), ambos en la editorial Comares

D. in Philosophy from the University of Barcelona, where he is currently Associate Professor in the Faculty of Philosophy. His research focuses on the fields of aesthetics and art theory, with special attention to philosophical reflection on literature, painting and cinema.
