Doctor en Design, Vincenzo Maselli está interesado en el graphic design, en el motion design y en la animación, analizados como campos de experimentación tecnológica y herramientas de comunicación. Ha producido varias publicaciones sobre el tema, entre ellas: The Evolution of Stop-motion Animation Technique Through 120 Years of Technological Innovations (2018); Performance of Puppets’ Skin Material: The Metadiegetic Narrative Level of Animated Puppets’ Material Surface (2019); Progettare come ricerca. La ricerca attraverso gli strumenti del motion design (2019). Actualmente es investigador junior en la Universidad Sapienza de Roma y profesor adjunto de «Motion Design» en la Universidad G. D’Annunzio de Pescara.

PhD in Design, Vincenzo Maselli’s researches focus on graphic design, motion design and animation, analysed as fields of technological experimentation and as communication tools. He has produced several publications on these subjects, including: The Evolution of Stop-motion Animation Technique Through 120 Years of Technological Innovations (2018); Performance of Puppets’ Skin Material: The Metadiegetic Narrative Level of Animated Puppets’ Material Surface (2019); Progettare come ricerca. La ricerca attraverso gli strumenti del motion design (2019). He is currently a research fellow at the Sapienza University of Rome and a lecturer in Motion Design at the G. D’Annunzio University in Pescara.
