Rocio Gutiérrez Ortega es Diplomada en Magisterio de Educación Infantil por la Universidad de Jaén; Máster de Dependencia e Igualdad en la Autonomía Personal por la Universidad de Jaén; Máster en Comunicación y Educación en la Red (UNED). Educadora en la Escuela Infantil Puzzle de Mancha Real (Jaén).
