Patricia Martínez García es Doctora en Ciencia Política por la Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU). Sus investigaciones se dirigen al análisis de las formas de dominación que atraviesan la participación política y social de las mujeres, así como a la exploración de las relaciones de poder presentes en la ficción. En la actualidad, desarrolla su labor investigadora en Aradia Cooperativa (www.aradiacooperativa.org) y en el grupo de investigación Celsius 233, Estudios Culturales (UDIMA). Destaca entre sus publicaciones el libro Series de la resistencia: Diversidad en la televisión frente al trumpismo (Readuck, 2021), del que es coautora.

Patricia Martínez García holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Her research areas focus on the analysis of the forms of domination that cross the political and social participation of women, as well as to the exploration of the power relations that are present in fiction. Currently, she develops her research work in Aradia Cooperativa (www.aradiacooperativa.org) and she is part of the research group Celsius 233, Cultural Studies (UDIMA). She is co-author of the book Series of resistance. Diversity in television in the face of Trumpism (Readuck, 2021).
