Eliane Gordeeff es diseñadora gráfica (UFRJ/Brasil, 1994), animadora independiente, maestra en Arte e Imagen (UFRJ/Brasil 2011) y Doctora en Bellas Artes/Especialidad Multimedia (FBAUL /Portugal 2018), con beca del CNPq (Brasil) y de Erasmus+ en la Universidad de Paris 8 (France). Miembro de ASIFA y colaboradora de zippyframes.com, es animadora desde hace 18 años, con 17 producciones y más de 30 premios. Sus obras se han exhibido en festivales como Anima Mundi (Brasil), Cinanima (Portugal), Latinoamericano en La Habana (Cuba) y Encounters (Reino Unido). En sus producciones siempre hay una preocupación con la imagen-mensaje. En su máster investigó cómo la materialidad puede influir en la narrativa (lo que resultó en el libro Aesthetic Interferences: The stop motion technique in the animation narrative).

Eliane Gordeeff is a graphic designer (UFRJ / Brazil 1994), an independent animator with a master’s degree in Art and Image (UFRJ / Brazil 2011) and PhD in Fine Arts / specialization in Multimedia (FBAUL /Portugal 2018) with scholarship from CNPq (Brazil) and Erasmus+ at University of Paris 8 (France). Associated member of ASIFA and contributor to zippyframes.com, she works with animation since 2000, and realized 17 productions that have been exhibited at festivals such as Anima Mundi (Brazil), Cinanima (Portugal), Latinoamericano of Havana (Cuba) and Encounters (UK), with more than 30 awards. In her productions there is always a concern with the relation message-image. In researching for her master’s degree, she studied how the material can influence the narrative (which resulted in the book Aesthetic Interferences: The stop motion technique in the animation narrative).
